We announced today our new integration with Floify, an industry-leading digital mortgage automation solution.
This integration enables lenders to order a borrower’s dual or TriMerge Credit Report from one, two or all three of the credit bureaus. Our clients can do this via their existing Informative Research account once they convert a loan application into a live loan; or on-demand directly from their Floify account. Floify’s integration with Informative Research’s reporting services also eliminates the hassle of collecting credit reports by empowering borrowers to digitally submit their consent directly to Informative Research clients in just a few clicks. Once ordered, borrower credit reports will be seamlessly delivered to the corresponding Floify loan file. With the availability of this data, clients can more accurately determine the likelihood of a borrower fulfilling the terms of their loan.
“Floify is constantly evolving their platform and has always been eager to expand its services and functionality,” said Ajay Trilokeshwaran, vice president of Information Technology and Product for Informative Research. “We’re very excited to be growing our partnerships – and us partnering with such a prominent POS solution shows that both companies are committed to our clients’ satisfaction and ease of use.”
Informative Research’s TriMerge Credit Report also meets the underwriting requirements of Fannie Mae and other lending mortgage investors, ensuring complete accuracy and quality. Informative Research is the only company in its market space with security certifications from PCI, EI3PA, and SOC2, having achieved a 100% compliance rating on over 200 control points contained within the Report on Compliance (RoC).
