Ryan Kaufman is IT Manager, Systems at Informative Research, where he leads a team of analysts responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the company’s Keystone platform and services. With 13 years of experience in the mortgage and financial technology industries, Kaufman focuses on delivering reliable, scalable solutions that support operational performance and continuous system improvement. In his current role, Kaufman manages a team of analysts to support, maintain, and enhance Informative Research’s Keystone services and platform.
Previously, Kaufman worked at Factual Data, and has held a range of roles across integrations, technical support, and business analysis. His progression to IT leadership reflects deep expertise in system integrations, platform management, and cross-functional collaboration. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in improving system functionality, supporting client needs, and driving enhancements that strengthen overall performance.
Kaufman has been recognized as a 2024 HousingWire Rising Star and a 2024 NMP 40 Under 40 honoree. He is guided by a people-centered philosophy, emphasizing empathy, awareness, and a commitment to helping others navigate challenges, both professionally and personally.
