Kelly Richards

Head of Sales Support

Kelly Richards is Senior Vice President and Head of Sales Support at Informative Research, where she leads client success management and sales support strategy to drive client retention, partnership growth, and operational excellence. With more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage and financial services industry, Richards focuses on strengthening client relationships, delivering tailored onboarding and rollout strategies, and aligning sales support efforts with evolving client needs and industry trends.

In her current role, Richards oversees the development and execution of strategic initiatives that support the sales organization, including customized onboarding, quarterly business reviews, and client engagement strategies designed to uncover efficiencies and drive innovation. She works closely with clients and internal teams to translate feedback into actionable improvements, ensuring a seamless and value-driven customer experience.

Prior to joining Informative Research, Richards spent more than three decades at Factual Data, where she held multiple leadership roles across account management and sales. As Vice President of Account Management, she led a team of national and strategic account managers while maintaining key client relationships and identifying growth opportunities. She built and scaled teams, strengthened enterprise client partnerships, and consistently delivered growth across highly competitive markets.

Richards is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and has been recognized with the 2023 Stewart Chairman’s Award, the 2024 MPA Elite Women Award, and the 2025 Stewart President’s Award. She is guided by a resilient and growth-oriented mindset, valuing challenges as opportunities for continuous improvement.

Outside of work, Richards is a Florida State football fan who enjoys spending time outdoors gardening and hiking, as well as taking annual beach vacations with her family.
