EVP of Business Process Management

Mike Hall is Executive Vice President of Business Process Management at Informative Research, where he leads initiatives focused on business process automation, data architecture, data science, and direct marketing fulfillment and infrastructure. With 35 years of experience in the mortgage and financial data industries, Hall brings deep expertise in leveraging data and technology to drive efficiency, scalability, and measurable business outcomes.

In his current role, Hall is responsible for advancing enterprise data strategy and automation, helping Informative Research optimize operations and deliver more intelligent, data-driven solutions to its clients. His work focuses on modernizing infrastructure, improving data accessibility, and enabling more effective decision-making across the organization.

Prior to joining Informative Research, Hall held senior leadership roles at CoreLogic, Black Knight, and Experian, where he led large-scale data acquisition, analytics, and quality initiatives. Throughout his career, he has managed complex data operations, built high-performing teams, and delivered significant cost savings and revenue growth through automation, machine learning, and process optimization. His experience includes overseeing enterprise data acquisition across thousands of sources, expanding national data coverage, and developing innovative solutions that improved data quality and operational performance.

Hall has been recognized as a 2025 HousingWire Insider. He is guided by a growth-oriented mindset shaped by his willingness to take calculated risks and step outside of his comfort zone to gain broader experience and perspective. Outside of work, Hall is an avid home brewer, crafting his own beer and cider, and is currently restoring a 1999 Jaguar XK8 convertible. He is also a proud owner of eight cats.
