Mark Jones

SVP of Partner Success

Mark Jones is Senior Vice President of Partner Success at Informative Research, where he leads the development and execution of partnership strategies to expand market reach and strengthen relationships across the mortgage and fintech ecosystem. With more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry and over two decades in mortgage technology, Jones focuses on building scalable partner programs, driving growth strategies, and delivering long-term value through strong, collaborative relationships.

In his current role, Jones is responsible for creating and optimizing partner frameworks, including onboarding standards, performance metrics, and growth initiatives. He works cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, and client success teams to align partnership strategy with business objectives, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall partner and client experience.

Prior to joining Informative Research, Jones held leadership roles across the mortgage and technology sectors. He most recently worked as Partner Account Manager at Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) Mortgage Technology, where he managed strategic partner relationships and contributed to revenue growth. He also held leadership positions at Accenture, where he aligned product, sales, and go-to-market strategies, and at Prime Alliance Solutions, where he helped scale the business and expand its market presence.

Jones believes patience is the key to success. His career is guided by a thoughtful and measured approach to leadership, emphasizing patience and active listening to inform deliberate decision-making. Outside of work, Jones enjoys working on and driving cars, including taking his BMW to the racetrack, and enjoys traveling, with Kauai among his favorite destinations. He is also a member of a long-time “band”, wherein he joins his friends to play Rockband.
