Jermaine McIver is a Verification Platform Specialist at Informative Research, where he focuses on building relationships with partners and prospective clients while promoting the value of the company’s verification solutions. With 19 years of experience at Informative Research, McIver brings a deep understanding of asset, income, and employment verification processes, helping clients streamline operations and strengthen their overall verification strategy.

McIver has built his expertise at Informative Research, gaining experience across multiple departments including tax transcripts, customer service, technical support, and operations. He began by processing IRS 4506-C forms before advancing into customer-facing and leadership roles, including Team Lead and Operations Manager. His progression through the organization has given him a comprehensive understanding of both operational workflows and client needs.

McIver is actively involved in the mortgage industry, serving on the Board of Directors for the Fort Worth Mortgage Bankers Association and as Chair of the Annual Fort Worth & Dallas Mortgage Speakers Association Golf Tournament. He is also a member of the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association, where he contributes to the Education and Endowment and Membership Committees and co-chairs a monthly educational webinar series.

Guided by a positive, goal-oriented mindset that emphasizes the importance of affirmations and intentional thinking, McIver sets short- and long-term goals as a framework to stay motivated and measure progress. He believes that maintaining a strong mental outlook, paired with consistent effort, drives both personal and professional success, and that achieving incremental goals builds momentum toward larger accomplishments.

Outside of work, McIver is committed to fitness, working out multiple days a week. He also coaches his son’s youth baseball team and is a dedicated Prince fan who has visited Paisley Park.
