Elizabeth Campos-Nichols is Director of Corporate Governance at Informative Research, where she oversees compliance, client onboarding, compliance audits, vendor management requests, and consumer dispute resolution. With more than 40 years of experience in the mortgage and financial services industry, Campos-Nichols brings deep institutional knowledge and a steady, detail-oriented approach to ensuring regulatory adherence and operational integrity across the organization.

Campos-Nichols has built her career at Informative Research, demonstrating consistent excellence across a wide range of roles spanning compliance, operations, marketing, and client onboarding. This breadth of experience has given her a comprehensive understanding of the business and its evolving regulatory landscape, enabling her to support both internal teams and clients with consistency and expertise.

Campos-Nichols received recognition as a 2025 HousingWire Insider and is guided by a strong work ethic shaped by her early life experiences. After immigrating to the United States at a young age without knowing the language or culture, she developed a deep well of determination and resilience. That experience instilled a mindset of perseverance and continuous improvement, driving her to work diligently, adapt quickly, and consistently strive for excellence. These values continue to influence her approach to leadership, accountability, and delivering high-quality outcomes in her work.

Outside of work, family is Campos-Nichols’ top priority. She is a proud mother and grandmother, frequently spending time with her two daughters and grandchild, with another on the way. She is a longtime Los Angeles Angels fan who enjoys sports, peaceful walks on the beach, and scenic drives along the Pacific Coast Highway.
