Brandon Hall

EVP of Operations

Brandon Hall is Executive Vice President of Operations at Informative Research, where he oversees end-to-end operational performance across credit supplement fulfillment, client support, quality management, workforce planning, and operational strategy. With more than 20 years of experience in financial services, including a decade in mortgage and credit, Hall focuses on scaling reliable service delivery, improving efficiency through process and technology, and ensuring teams have the clarity and tools needed to succeed.

Hall’s career spans operations leadership and large-scale process transformation across financial services, banking, insurance, and healthcare. Prior to joining Informative Research, he held senior leadership roles including Senior Director of Process Management at Capital One and transformation leadership positions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City. Earlier in his career, he worked as a consultant supporting Fortune 500 financial services institutions, leading complex process improvement and change initiatives focused on operational excellence, quality management, and data-driven performance improvement.

Hall’s leadership philosophy focuses on problem-solving, not apologies, informed by continuously listening and learning to implement solutions that prevent issues from recurring. He believes that evolving technology and customer expectations require adaptability and curiosity to find success and is highly motivated by a desire to ensure the dedicated team has the direction and tools they need to deliver the best possible outcomes.

Outside of work, Hall enjoys camping, hiking, and backcountry canoeing trips, and previously ran a catering business specializing in Louisiana cuisine. He spends much of his time supporting his eight children and their many activities and continues to stay active as a runner. He also coaches youth basketball and track and field.
