Is it possible for CreditXpert to not find any results to improve the borrower’s or co-borrower’s credit score?

8.

Why can’t I view the “Credit Assure” section on the printed credit report?

There are a couple of reasons this may be occurring:

    1. The Credit Assure product has been turned off for your account by the Account Administrator or by the Credit Reporting Agency on behalf of the Account Admin.

    1. You may be viewing the credit report as “Text Format.”  Unfortunately, some LOS and AUS systems like DU only accept text formats.

    1. The LOS or AUS system you are using either does not support a PDF credit report format or the system is not requesting a PDF printed report format to be returned.

If any of these scenarios applies to you, visit our website, login with your approved customer username and password and direct your attention to the CreditXpert section on the left navigation menu. Click here to get started!
