Credit Disclosures

Credit Score Disclosure

The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) requires lenders to provide a Credit Score Disclosure to the home loan applicant. Credit Score Disclosure is covered by FCRA in section [§ 609. Disclosures to consumers [15 U.S.C. § 1681g] Page 43]. Informative Research clients may elect to receive the disclosure as an addition to their credit report. If you would add a Credit Score Disclosure to your report please contact a Sales Executive for assistance with this solution.

A Credit Score Disclosure alerts a consumer of their FICO scores, defines what a FICO is, informs how FICO scores affect their access to consumer credit and provides contact information for the bureaus. Informative Research complies with FACTA by suppressing the first five digits of the borrower’s social security number on all Credit Score Disclosures.
