IR Visits San Jose at CAMB Convention and Exposition
On August 5, 2006, IR staff members visited San Jose, CA to attend the CAMB Annual Convention and Grand Exposition. The expo was a huge success with 412 exhibitors in attendance. The IR staff gave out free got credit? hats and entered attendees into a drawing to win a $100 VisaŽ giftcard.
The show provided numerous educational sessions and great opportunities for networking. If you were unable to attend this year, the CAMB convention will be held in Long Beach in 2007. IR hopes to see you there!

IR redesigns website for brokers and lenders
In order to deliver a more tailored web experience for our customers, IR has redesigned our website to better serve brokers and lenders. Now when you visit InformativeResearch.com, you will have
the option of viewing content as either a broker or a lender. This allows us to better address the different needs of both our broker and lender customers. The new content has been developed to provide both lenders and brokers with a more efficient navigation of our website. All of the information has been put into an easy-to-navigate portal that will offer our
customers a more customized web experience.

IR is partnered with an AVM company to offer one of the best products on the market. When you order an AVM, your report arrives within seconds with a Confidence Score, signifying a direct correlation to the accuracy of the property value. Several metrics are used to identify patterns

IR releases new search function in WCS
IR has updated the search function in our online Web Credit System (WCS). This new search capability makes it easy to locate files by entering in a borrower’s last name or their Social Security number. The search bar, which can be found at the top of the WCS screen, makes it easier
to locate files with speed and efficiency.
IR offers credit education seminars
IR offers a comprehensive, one-hour seminar on credit scoring and credit reports. These seminars provide the basics on how to read a report and what factors make up a credit score. We also tell you how to help your borrower’s improve their scores, and show you the tools that make it
easy to do so! In these seminars, you will learn:

- What factors determine a credit score
