At IR, we understand the importance of adding value to your brokers. We strive to offer products and services that will benefit your brokers, and strengthen your relationships. One of the most important ways that we feel that we can do this is through education.

Credit scoring is a complex process that is not only misunderstood by borrowers, but by brokers as well. We want to be able to educate brokers on how they can better assist their borrowers in the credit process. For this reason, we have developed a comprehensive one-hour credit education seminar. In this seminar, we teach brokers the following:

• Composition of the credit report
• How scoring works
• What factors determine a credit score
• Tips for raising credit scores
• How to use credit simulation tools

At your request, we can offer this comprehensive educational seminar to your list of brokers. You can also to choose to partner with IR to offer a co-branded seminar. This would not only put you in front of your brokers, but in front our IR’s network of brokers as well. IR makes the process simple by providing all seminar materials for the course.
