Trades/Derogatory Trades/Collection Information


Tradelines can be sorted and separated in a variety of ways for seamless integration with your specific workflow. In the example, the data is presented in a typical configuration and separated into different categories. Since the same data fields apply, we are discussing the section that has the most information available for illustration.
1 Creditor Name
The creditor's name is listed for each tradeline.
2 Account Number
Account numbers are truncated for consumer protection. You can use the partial account number shown to compare to the 1003 application.
3 Account Description
A description of the account type.
4 Repository Identifier
The repository identifier indicates the source of the tradeline information.
5 Past Due
Identifies the number of days the account is delinquent as of the last update.
6 Last Past Due
Indicates the month and year of the last past due payment.
7 Payment Pattern
The payment pattern provides a visual view of the payment pattern.
8 Past Due Legend
The past due legend corresponds to the Times Past Due field and provides the dates for the lates reported.
9 Reported Date
Indicates the date the tradeline was reported to the repository.
10 Date of Last Activity (DLA)
Indicates the date of last activity on the account.
11 Opened Date
The date the account was established.
12 ECOA
Indicates the relationship of the tradeline to the borrower by ECOA code.
13 Balance
As of the last update, indicates the outstanding balance on the account.
14 Credit Limit
Indicates the reported credit limit for the account. Not all creditors report a credit limit.
15 Payment
Indicates the payment amount due each period.
16 High Credit
Indicates the historical high balance on the account.
17 Terms
Indicates the terms of repayment granted by the creditor. Term definitions may include the length of the payment contract if reported to the repository.
18 Current Status
Indicates the current payment status by code.
19 Account Type
Indicates the type of account by code. The code differs for IR Web and Optima reports.
20 Months Reviewed
Indicates the total number of months the account has been reviewed.
21 Times Past Due
Breaks down the payment history as reported to the bureaus by the creditor. Indicates the number of late payments over a period.
22 Remarks/Narratives
Added details about the account supplied by the creditor.
       
Payment Status Codes
00 - Not used, too new to rate or unclassified.
01 - Current or paid according to terms
02 - 30-59 days past due.
03 - 60-89 days past due.
04 - 90-119 days past due.
05 - 120 + days past due.
07 - Making regular payments under a wage earner plan or similar arrangement.
08- Repossession.
09 - Bad debt placed for collection or skip.
