Commitment to Customer Excellence enables Informative Research to make swift improvements in the way we work and in the technology we use. By monitoring specific measures of customer approval and satisfaction, we can identify and respond to concerns quickly and accurately.

At Informative Research, we engage both new and existing customers through the use of a quarterly quality survey which allows us to monitor factors important to customer satisfaction. Client concerns are reviewed and analyzed by a multi-disciplinary management team to proactively seek solutions to universal concerns. In addition, customer service specialists are trained to spot potential issues external of the Survey process and are authorized to elevate them for resolution.
