Web Credit System
Management Report
IR has made it easier to view and pull billing information by adding a management report function to the Web Credit System. The management report allows you to view real-time billing for any period within the last 90 days. Management reports can be pulled for specific dates or periods, and be customized to show billing for selected groups and users. The reports show detailed price breakdowns for each credit report that a user has pulled, no matter
which interface it was pulled from. Management reports reduce out of pocket expenses at closing by allowing you to see exactly how much to charge a borrower for credit services.
To access a management report, follow these simple steps:
- Login to the Web Credit System
- Under ‘My Settings’ select ‘Run Management Reports’
- In the Management Reports screen, fill in a specific date range OR select a specific period on the drop down menu
- In the ‘Report Type’ section, select either ‘Detail’ or ‘Summary’ to indicate how much information you want to pull
- In the ‘Report Format’ section, select either PDF or Excel, depending on how you want your report formatted
- Under ‘Group,’ select ‘All’ to pull information for all users, or select a specific group that you want to pull billing information for
- Under ‘User,’ select a specific user, or leave it blank to pull information for all users
- Click ‘View Report’ and the management report appears in either a PDF or Excel format
