Connection
As an Informative Research customer, you can order and re-issue
credit reports directly through Freddie Mac®’s Loan Prospector automated underwriting engine.
To set up your Informative Research connection with Loan Prospector, just follow these 3 easy steps:

You must have an existing account with Freddie Mac to set up Informative
Research connectivity. |

Step
1 |
Complete the Equifax Mortgage Services (EMS) account set-up form (download here) —
we strongly recommend you complete this form electronically.
Once you’ve completed the Equifax Mortgage Services (EMS) account set-up form, save a copy to your
computer, and proceed to step 2.

Step
2 |
Email your completed EMS set-up form,
as
a file attachment, to:
AccountSetup@informativeresearch.com
Although we strongly recommend completing
the EMS set-up form electronically and
submitting it via e-mail (makes set-up
faster), you can also fax your completed
form to: (714) 638-3749.

Step
3 |
You will receive a confirmation e-mail
indicating your set-up form has been
received. This e-mail will be sent to
the address you include on the EMS setup
form.
Informative Research will begin
processing your set-up request – this
typically takes 24 to 48 hours.

Informative Research will notify you via e-mail when your connection is active.
