INFORMATIVE RESEARCH BROADENS CREDIT RE-ISSUE ACCESS, CONNECTS WITH AMERITRUST MORTGAGE

GARDEN GROVE, CALIF., February 13, 2007 - Informative Research, a leading provider of credit and mortgage-related information, today announced the addition of Ameritrust Mortgage Company, LLC to its Affiliate Program.
 
The addition effectively connects Ameritrust, a residential mortgage lender headquartered in Charlotte, NC, with Informative Research Program subscribers from three different segments of the lending community, facilitating shared access to loan programs, AUS/LOS technology and streamlined credit report re-issues.

According to Williams, the Ameritrust addition also represents a “big step forward” in the expansion of the Informative Research Affiliate Program. Launched early 2006, this program links wholesale lenders, credit reporting agencies and lending technology providers together through a network for the purpose of safely sharing accurate credit information, minimizing loan fallout, eliminating the need for additional credit pulls and opening up a broader customer base for all subscribers.

Bill Richardson, Business Systems Manager at Ameritrust, said he expects his company’s participation in the Informative Research Affiliate Program will result in improved productivity. The program, he said, will give Ameritrust brokers more options when it comes to credit re-issues.

“It works very well for us,” Richardson added, “because it gives us maximum connectivity with minimal infrastructure. It enables us to use credit reports issued by Informative Research or one of its affiliate subscribers, and that means fewer lost loans in the long run."

The Informative Research Affiliate Program currently serves more than 100 subscribers. Further expansion is planned this year.
