Informative Research Promotes Will Parks
to Vice President of Operations
GARDEN GROVE, Calif., Feb. 8 – Informative
Research (IR), a leading independent mortgage credit reporting
agency announced that Will Parks has been appointed Vice
President, Operations, reporting to Bill Dufour, IR’s
President, effective January 31, 2005.
As Vice President of Operations, Mr. Parks
is responsible for maintaining and further developing Informative
Research’s Commitment to Customer Excellence, and
will oversee customer service production centers in Ontario
and Garden Grove, California, as well as in Naperville,
Illinois.
“Will has a history of strong performance
at Informative Research. This promotion to Vice President
of Operations recognizes his commitment to ensuring that
our customers are able to work more efficiently and effectively
through changing market cycles,” said Bill Dufour,
President of Informative Research. “In Will’s
12 years with IR, he has developed relationships with affiliate
credit companies, technology partners and large wholesale
lenders that help all of our customers be more successful.
As Vice President of Operations, Will can build on his history
of creating effective solutions for our customers.”
Mr. Parks was most recently Director of
Project Management, a role he held since April 2002. In
that capacity, he managed IR’s relationships with
technology partners and was a key person for establishing
connections with critical wholesale lenders and other technology
leaders.
Prior to accepting his role in Project
Management, Mr. Parks worked as the Director of Client Services,
a role he held for two years. Mr. Parks joined Informative
Research in February 1993. Previously, Mr. Parks worked
for electronics companies after he served a tour in the
Marine Corps. Mr. Parks received a Bachelor’s degree
in Business Administration from California State University,
Hayward.
