GARDEN GROVE, Calif., March 21

and expansion of its customer service operations to its
California processing centers in a move that the company
expects will lead to increased operational efficiency and
better delivery of customer driven services.
“In the past few years we have seen
a record number of mergers and acquisitions of competitors
and customers in moves toward operational efficiency. During
that same period there has been a move in the market toward
more non-conforming and sub-prime products, which traditionally
have had more credit issues associated with them,”
said Bill DuFour, President and Chief Operating Officer
of Informative Research. “After reviewing the facts,
we felt the answer was clear. Consolidating our operations
into our California facilities and realigning our workforce
enables us to expand our hours of operation and increase
the consistency of service that our customers have come
to rely upon.”
In anticipation of this event, Informative
Research has increased staff, provided additional training,
and adjusted work schedules in its California facilities
to handle the current and future demands of its growing
customer base. Informative Research is now open to service
all customers nationwide from 5AM - 5PM (PT), offering its
full range of credit supplement, rescore, verification,
and consulting services.

we believe that our streamlined operations will save them
