Informative Research Provides NCRA Members
Access to GMAC-RFC’s Assetwise Direct
GARDEN GROVE, Calif., and BLOOMINGDALE,
Ill., Feb. 11 – Informative Research (IR), a leading
mortgage reporting agency, and the National Credit Reporting
Association (NCRA) announced today that NCRA members can
now access GMAC-RFC’s Assetwise DirectSM loan evaluation
system through Informative Research.

direct connection to Fannie Mae has grown IR’s affiliate
network since 1995, and we are beginning to share other
critical channel opportunities with industry partners. NCRA
members can currently access Assetwise Direct through Informative
Research, and in the future, we foresee sharing other underwriting
interfaces with our associate partners in the organization.”

Credit companies can access the benefits
of NCRA’s partnership agreements through their NCRA
membership. While NCRA membership is not required for Informative
Research affiliates to access the different interfaces IR
has developed, the NCRA/IR GMAC-RFC Affiliate channel does
require membership in NCRA. If a credit reporting agency
is not yet a member of NCRA, it must establish membership
to access the affiliate program. For further information
