Bill DuFour, President,
Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer
Bill DuFour manages the day-to-day operations
of the company. In his senior role, Bill oversees the strategic
direction, provides a foundation of financial discipline,
and ingrains a strong structure into the operational aspects
of the organization.
Bill brings to the table a great deal
of senior management experience with some of the top U.S.
Fortune 100 and 200 companies. He has held the Chief Operating
Officer, Chief Financial Officer positions as well as other
senior executive management positions for diverse, publicly
traded companies such as National Steel, Signal, Hubbell,
Tri Star, and AON. Bill's professional experience spans
a broad array of industries including heavy industrial,
manufacturing, retail, distribution, real estate, entertainment,
and insurance in disciplines such as operations, finance,
communications, labor negotiations, and mergers & acquisitions.
Bill joined Informative Research in 1995
as the CFO. He holds a double Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
Additionally, Bill earned an MBA from the University of
Pennsylvania Wharton School of Finance and an MPA from West
Virginia University. Bill has published financial and management
articles for professional organizations and has been nationally
recognized on three separate occasions by the Jaycees as
an Outstanding Young Man in American Business. (Back

Abe Chang,
Vice President, Information Services & Chief Information
Officer
As Vice President of Information Services
and Chief Information Officer, Abe Chang provides vision
and leadership to IR's corporate technology initiatives.
Abe manages the computer programming, systems designs and
development, and project management surrounding the technology
infrastructure that enables IR to deliver on its quality
and customer-focused mission.
Abe has more than 25 years of senior and
executive level experience in a variety of capacities including
financial and investment services, education, research and
development, entrepreneurial and international ventures.
Given the breadth of his knowledge and experience, Abe contributes
to the overall strength of the organization by transferring
his depth of understanding toward solving issues that impact
customers.
Abe joined Informative Research in 2001
as Vice President, IS & CIO. He received his Bachelor's
degree from Bellarmine College in Louisville, Kentucky and
his Master's of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from
Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Prior to joining
Informative Research, Abe served as Vice President, Research
& Development for Pacific Image Corporation, a company

Tony D'Eccliss, Vice
President, Sales
In his role as Vice President of Sales,
Tony D'Eccliss cultivates key customer and partner relationships,
as well as supplies strategic guidance to the Sales team
with his leadership and business development activities.
Tony strategizes customer acquisition
and retention plans, and provides direction for his Sales
managers. He works closely with Marketing to plan and implement
goals that will continue to lead the company forward. Over
the past 20 years, Tony has developed strong relationships
that have led him to be the main contact for many of Informative
Research's long-time clients.
Tony joined Informative
Research in 1985 as a Account Executive, a role he held
for 11 years before moving into Strategic Sales. For the
last year, Tony has served as Vice President of Strategic
Sales.
