Informative Research was founded in 1946 to provide investigative and background research services to reduce the risk faced by the banking and lending industry. IR has since grown to be one of the nation’s top mortgage information service providers and in 2006 we celebrate 60 years of credit reporting excellence. At Informative Research, we have prided ourselves on our implementation of technology
and our extraordinary relationships with the lenders, brokers, and affiliated companies involved in the loan origination process.
