Form		Description
Credit Reporting Services Subscriber Agreement		Informative Research's Credit Reporting Services Subscriber Agreement - choose one of the three agreements below based on your business type:

	(pdf)	Agreement for a Sole Proprietor, Partnership, or Privately Held Corporation - with 1+ years in operation.
	(pdf)	Agreement for a all business entities with less than 1 year in operation.
	(pdf)	Agreement for a Publicly Held Corporation or Regulated Financial Institution (e.g. bank or credit union) - with 1+ years in operation.

Credit ReScore Addendum (Addendum: pdf)		This agreement applies to bankers, lenders, and brokers wanting to use the Credit ReScore product. If using Credit ReScore services only, you must complete the subscriber agreement.
Business Credit Report (pdf l Word)		This agreement applies to bankers, lenders, and brokers wanting to use the Credit Reporting Services provided by Informative Research.
Flood Agreement (pdf I Word)		This agreement applies to bankers, credit unions, and lenders wanting to use the IR Flood Determination product that are NOT current subscribers to the Credit Reporting Services.
Flood Agreement (Addendum: pdf I Word)		This agreement applies to bankers, credit unions, and lenders wanting to use the IR Flood Determination product that are current subscribers to the Credit Reporting Services.
OFAC (Addendum: pdf I Word)		This agreement applies to customers who would like to include OFAC to their credit reports. (Requires valid subscriber agreement)
Assetwise Direct (SM) (addendum: pdf I Word)		This agreement applies to lenders or bankers that wish to order credit from the RFC Assetwise Direct (SM) system.
AVM Signup (pdf I Word)		This agreement applies to bankers, lenders, and brokers wanting to order AVM services.
Credit Xpert (addendum: pdf I Word)		This agreement applies to customers wanting to add the Credit Xpert Service. Credit reports must be pulled by Informative Research to use Credit Xpert.
